Star Rating: FEI has earned a five-star "Step Up to Quality" rating from the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, and is applying for a fifth star. This means more teachers per child, more teachers with qualifications in early childhood development and a stronger commitment to early childhood learning. Wait List: Federal employees recieve preference on all wait lists, which means they are placed ahead of members of the community. There is a $30 non-refundable enrollment fee to join the waitlist. Hours: The center is open from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm daily. Parking: Pick-up and drop-off parking is located in the paved semi-circle in front of the building. Visiting FEI: Please contact Ashleigh Condon at 513-487-2730 or acondon@learning-grove.org for a tour. Tuition

Attendance: Attendance is expected every day in order to maintain the appropriate staff to child ratio. Please contact the center as soon as possible before an absence. Children are expected to arrive no later than 10:00 am and to be picked up by 6:00 pm. Children absent for 3 days without contacting the center will be withdrawn from the center. Federal employees are eligible for DCFSA through FSAFEDS. Members of the community should check with their employer about the availability of DCFSA.
